Question #3:

What type of car should I buy for college?

Im in high school right now and graduating next year. And I was wondering what type of car I should buy. A SUV, Pickup or Car? I will be living close if not on the campus. I like having the option of being able to tow other cars just incase, and I would also like to hold a lot of big things. (Example, Surf Board, Coolers, Lawn Care Equipment) The problem is, I will be renting an apartment, so I dont know if having a big car will be good with parking on the street and gas is getting expensive. What do you guys think? Also, please dont think I dont have the experience to drive a large car, My first and current car is a near 20 foot Ford E-Series, and I parallel park that every day of high school. I've been driving that since I got my license and before that my dad let me park it in our garage only Inches from the Mercedes and the wall. I never hit either.

Question #4:

Is it legal for a 16 year old male to date a 18 year old female?

Like the title says.
Me and some girl want to date and yes, fuck...but the thing is she is 18 soon 19 in about 4 months.
In my parents eyes (my mother to be honest) I am mature enough for her consent on tattoo's, choices of schools, trusted with her car and credit card for cash.

The thing here is that if we date, would she be charged for statutory rape?
The female is not an authority figure, and able to effect my decisions enough for me to do anything rash.
I heard the legal ages were 3years apart- 16-19 to be the furthest gap, although I am not too sure.
Would someone enlighten me on the proper ages and regulations with this situation.
I am in Ontario, Canada.

Question #5:

Do I need anti-depressants?

First of all, I believe that anti-depressants are RIDICULOUSLY over prescribed in the United States. I hate how everyone thinks they need anti-depressants just because they get depressed a little, or even a lot. I believe that it has nothing to do with how often you are depressed (there may be a plausible reason for you being depressed that is not related to a chemical imbalance) but rather your ability to be happy. I'm an 18 year old in high school and I feel like I can't be happy. I see other people everyday at school, and I feel like I am way different from everyone else. I'll give one of many examples. In class, we had to get our pictures taken, and everyone could work up a good smile, or pose, or what ever (even if it was fake, they still had the energy to do it) but I couldn't even muscle up the energy to smile. Not that I don't have physical energy, but like emotional energy, if that makes sense. I really don't want it to show because I don't want to be "that depressed guy" who no one likes, so I end up just trying to hide from everyone. I actually believe that I show some symptoms of being bipolar because sometimes I'm doing just fine acting normal and then out of no where I feel this emotional energy sucker coming over me. I look at all of these other Americans who seem to take anti-depressants just to relieve stress, or because they look for happiness in the wrong places, but like I said, it seems like I don't even have the ability to be happy. Also, very rarely (like once or twice a month (if that)) I will randomly get these weird intense feelings of excitement and/or enjoyment over something completely small, or nothing at all, and if that's how people are suppose to feel on a daily, or even weekly basis than I think anti-depressants would be worth it, even though I feel strongly that people should stay away from them if they can.
Some extra details for you; there really is no reason why I should reasonably be depressed. I have a loving family, my parents make enough money to support me, I have luxury items (xbox, ipod, big t.v, a car to drive, my drum set, even a big swimming pool in my back yard)But I don't have any close friends, I feel like me not having friends is not a reason to be depressed, but rather, I don't have friends because I'm depressed. And I wouldn't blame them either. Family should be there for you (which they are) if you are depressed, but you can't expect others to hang around you if you are depressed, emotions are contagious. So does this seem like a reasonable reason to take anti depressants even at my young age, or is this just normal for everyone, even though I highly doubt many people at my school feel the same way I do.

Sorry that this was extremely unorganized, I really didn't want to have to take time to go back and revise this.

Question #7:

I have a question about an accident, insurance, an estimate and payment?

Hello. I recently got rear-ended and had an estimate done for $1800 dollars and somebody told me they would never give me that much for my car. I looked up the Kelley Blue Book and a "private party" price would be about $750 and that's how much they would give me and THEY take the car. Is this right? I might do it $750 and I keep the car! I put a new clutch in it, new front brake system, new exhaust, I love the car, so it's worth much more to me.....I'm just wondering what the "law" is on it and what I might be able to do to maximize my payout. If I'm unhappy with their offer can I take them to small claims and win? I just can't believe that I was just sitting at a stoplight and BOOM my car's wrecked and since I'm poor I can't get it fixed ya know? Thank you for your time......

Question #9:

Okay, this girl is reaaaly confusing me )): help?

Okay so I'll just give the cliff notes of how all this went down. Oh and don't let how it may sound fool you because it wasn'tas smooth sailing as you might think. and if you're asking, yes I did feel that sense of "I'm an idiot" while writing this.

-Met this girl by getting her number and talking to her for a looong time

- I'm not sure if she expected more cuz I'm not the best looking guy out there but far from de worst. anyway she still giggled and smiled when she saw me.

-Thanks to a bet we had, She took off her panties before we walked into the theater and I finger f**ked her during the movie...but she's bisexual.

-I did it again while we were in the booth at bubba gump restaurant(I was so shameless back then)

-A few days later I called her asking if she really had any feelings for me and we had a heart to heart and she SAID that she didn't but there's more to it.

- We ended up going to prom together and first thing we did was find a private place then made out(for about ten seconds then my gym teacher caught us)

-she sat on my lap and(stupid me) asked if she liked me. but she sat on my lap and said "i like you" in the sweetest voice.

- well the date ended and i had my arm wrapped around her the ride home ( She asked "why are you so warm" in the ride before we got to the dance and snuggled with me then)

-after wards we hadn't really talked in a while. I mean when we first met we'd talk all the time(I mean literally going whole nights w/o sleep) but then and lately we don't really talk at all.

-next came the summer and my 18th birthday where we spent the whole day at six flags. She lifted up her shirt enough to show off her tummy but wasn't so into me hugging her and such. when I asked her about it, she said she doesn't like PDA with guys. and I quote "if you were a hot girl then I'd not mind"

-but I managed to walk around till we found a private place in the park then(stupid me again) asked if I could kiss her. needless to say it was kind of awkward and lasted about 3 seconds. But here's the funny thing. on the way back home we sat in the very back(we were being driven, I don't have a car) and at first she swore that I wouldn't get to touch her down there and that I'd be lucky to get to feel her boobs. Well when we were in the car I was sorta acting like a little puppy pawing at her for a feel( I was such a...dumb ass!)

-she insisted on no and I gave up then tried to talk about other things. About five minutes into this new conversation she said I was allowed to feel anywhere above the waist. I didn't hesitate and immediately went to work. at this point I finally grew a pair and decided to try something I thought was tactful. I massaged her breasts and nipples with moves I saw in a porno. and then I started testing the waters by occasionally and more frequently moving them downstairs. she was giving me that "hey" look but I told her "I'm not going below the belt" with a new found confidence :D

- Eventually she let me go downstairs but with only about five minutes left before she got home..she didn't "get home"

Well anyway recently it's gone back to the not talking on the phone and since she lives far away and I STILL don't have a car plus i'm in college, I don't see much more of a chance coming for us to really do anything. I do have one last chance. our family does a show for thanksgiving where we get to do a song and dance and she's coming. do you think I have a shot or do the clues tell me I should give up?(Oh..one more hint. even though she says she prefer girls and has even been in a hotel room with a cute one on a school trip, she doesn't let them touch her down there, or so she says_o)
Oh , and if you're wondering why this is in the LGBT category...I always feel like you guys know something I don't. Get really insightful answers here.

Question #10:

webassign question.. calculus?

A double speed trap is set up on a freeway. One police cruiser is hidden behind a billboard, and another is some distance away under a bridge. As a sedan passes by the first cruiser, its speed is measured to be 106.1 mph. Since the driver has a radar detector, he is alerted to the fact that his speed has been measured, and he tries to slow his car down gradually without stepping on the brakes and alerting the police that he knew he was going too fast. Just taking the foot off the gas leads to a constant deceleration. Exactly 7.15 s later the sedan passes the second police cruiser. Now its speed is measured to be only 68.6 mph, just below the local freeway speed limit.

(a) What is the value of the deceleration? (Take the direction the sedan is going to be the positive direction. Indicate the direction with the sign of your answer.)
____________.

the answer i have is a = (68.6 - 106.1)/7.15 mile/(hs) = -.001457 miles/s^2 ... but for some reason web assign is not taking it

Question #12:

what is a lawyer supposed to do in this situation?

Your client startles you in your first conversation with him, conducted in jail, two days after his arrest for possessing several ounces of marijuana. “When searching me after my arrest,” he says, “the police did not find a small gun I kept in my boot. In the patrol car I was handcuffed, but was still able to get the gun. I stuffed it, out of sight, in the seat behind me. I suppose it’s still there. And it’s loaded.”
“Wow,” you say. “Let me tell the police about the gun. Somebody could get hurt if it’s not found. I’ll provide this information anonymously, of course – what you tell me is confidential.”

“No,” your client says, “don’t tell. My fingerprints are sure to be on the gun. With my prints, the cops can link me to a robbery I committed two weeks ago with that gun.”

What do you do?

I have an amzing boyfriend that I love very much...he is hot, smart, charismatic, confident, sweet, successful, etc. and he loves me very much. The only problem is...we live 4 hours apart by car and are only able to see each other every 3 weeks. It sucks SOOO much to hardly be able to see him, and I feel like my heart is going to fall out whenever we must part, but I suppose its better than not having him at all. We promised to each other that we'll move closer when we get the chance, but that won't be for another 3 years, AT LEAST. :(
