I'd like to think of myself as a good business woman, but on those sites I just can't seem to get the attention of buyers! Maybe I'm too smart? Lol. I always write an extremely descriptive ad and always have plenty pictures of my items, and I don't overprice my things as well. I keep a friendly and generally easy understandable way of dealing with stuff and my items are not junk at all. In fact everything I have sold is in like new condition. The only thing I have sold was old, still in good condition and sold quick! What the heck people?! I see people posting things that say "Dirt Bike for sale $50" and it gets sold! Or I've dealt with people who I have to ask tons of questions on their items and they have no idea! So I don't know what's up but how do I get more people's interest. I sell general useful things. (ie. a bike, few games, electronics) But I am in no way a business, just a single person I do all the deals myself and these are my personal items.Only thing sold *recently*

I'm female, 24 years old, 5'3", and weigh 130 pounds. Before starting my diet and exercise routine I consumed about 1600-1800 calories per day and was totally sedentary. My BMR is 1400.I have been consuming an average of 900 calories per day and have been doing pilates daily with some mild daily cardio like walking and riding my bike.
I'm trying to lose inches all over my body, particularly in my hips, thighs, and upper arms. I have been at it for a week and a half now, and I've lost an inch in my waist and absolutely NO weight.
Am I doing something wrong? How long until I see the results I want?

Gym beginner. Need advice.?
Okay so I am a newb at the gym. I am a big guy, and I want to remove my unwanted fat before I hit 21. I am 20 btw. I do not need the weight lifting routine for the mean time. I just want a good cardio because I cannot run for about a minute without almost dying.This morning what I did was: (alternating speeds)
7miles in the stationary bicycle
1 mile on the treadmill
This took me about 1 hour because I cannot do it in a very fast pace.
I go to the gym at around 7am in morning.
What is a good routine involving the stationary bicycle and treadmill. I heard that low intensity burns more fat. Should I got with 5miles on bike and 5miles on the treadmill. I have no idea how these affect my weight but I need to lose a lot in my mid section.
Also, since this is in the morning, should I eat some pre-workout food? Before I went to the gym, I ate 2 granola bar 100cal each. What should I eat before heading for the gym. I once tried going to the gym in the morning without breakfast = not a good idea.
Basically, I need to know a good fat burning routine that I can do in 1hour (or probably mileage counting), and pre-gym meal (i don't want to faint).

When dad came home he realized that dads are SO COOL and he doesn't have to be like me. hi, I am very interested interested in getting back to shape. I've always been athletic; swimming, basketball, bike riding of coarse that was all for fun and it kept me in good shape, i come from a family who are big in weight so the least I've weighed is 150lbs in hs when I was 17 5'6. Specialized Rockhopper disc brake conversion?
I am looking to convert my brakes on my (07 I think) Rockhopper to disc brakes. Anyone able to tell me what I should get or where I should get it? I really only need the rear brakes done as the front Y brakes are just broken in, and I hope not to be using them much.The rear Y brakes on my bike I kinda killed somehow, but it was so that I could actually ride the bike with a bent rim... which I still need to replace. Don't other skinny people know they can keep the weight off longer by working out too? lol. Why am I building muscle mass so fast?
I want to lose weight, so I started dieting and exercising, yet I'm not dropping on the scale at all. I am getting smaller though. I've always gained muscle really easy, and it's kind of annoying. I know muscle is better than fat, but I don't want a lot of muscle mass either. If this keeps up, I'll be 225 pounds and mostly muscle, which would look bulky. I don't want to lose muscle mass though, I just don't want to gain it so fast. All I'm doing is an exercise on a DVD (it only has a few minutes here and there with strength exercises) and using a resistance bike. I do physical labor type work sometimes too. I'm not hitting the gym lifting weights for an hour though, so it's annoying. Should I have less protein?
