Answer #1:

Scotland and England are both part of the United Kingdom, and both are in the EU. The same immigration laws apply. If you were rejected entry to London, the very same thing would probably happen in Scotland. :-)

Answer #2:

Man, it`s cool with me if you go to Scotland..or Abkazhia for that matter..you got MY permission.

Answer #3:

You have already been denied entry to the UK due to prior violations of EU immigration law/ visa regulations. You will automatically be denied entry again to the UK or any other EU country. Your violation has likely been reported to US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other countries. It is highly unlikely that you can gain entry, or even get a visa to most other countries. Violating immigration laws/visa regulations is being clamped down on by many countries. Too many lawbreakers running around loose. You are personal non grata most places now. Your own bloody fault for breaking the law.

Answer #4:

Scotland is part of the UK and subject to the same immigration laws as any other part of England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland. Doesn't matter what part of the UK you visit, its the same procedure.

So if you couldn't get into the UK two years ago for violating immigration law in an EU country, I doubt you'll get in this time.

Sorry and all that. But immigration offences are being taken a lot more seriously than ever before and most countries in the EU are clamping down big time.

Answer #5:

Why would they let you in? You'll have to try your luck elsewhere.

Answer #6:

the thing to do in case of doubt is to apply for Entry Clearance at the British embassy in Brazil before you leave. Much better to be refused then than on arrival here.

As long as you can show them that you are genuinely on holiday, ie not working and intending to return, with enough funds to support yourself, you'll probably be OK.
