My ex-husband hid his income?

Our divorce was finalized in Oct 2008. My ex-husband pays just a bare minimum 20% of his net income, as stipulated in the state of Illinois (we have one boy), and does NOT pay for anything else. I carry my son's insurance, pay for extra curriculum, child care expenses, summer camp costs, medical expenses, living expenses, EVERYTHING.

I did this because I KNEW my ex would try NOT to pay for these and I did not want to have a life where I need to collect receipts everyday and need to deal with him on a regular basis, yet resulting in many cases aggravation because he would not pay anyway (I am very sure of this, he is a chronically liar as determined by his counselor and is very irresponsible).

However, we did agree that child support amount would increase as his income changes (it would still be 20%, but we will revise each year according to his new salary), and also I am entitled to his bonus payment as well.

He says he has 'no money' every time we speak, yet he recently took a very expensive vacation with his new girlfriend and her kids. So I asked him for his pay stub. He gave it to me, but he purposely copied only one section and hid the rest. So this raised my suspicion. I took out his pay stub from June and calculated the "gap" between YTD gross income today based solely on his salary, and there, about $5,000 is missing, which must be the bonus this summer.

I emailed him regarding this issue, and of course he is 'scared' to death that I would take him to court, now he says "I completely forgot that you have a share of this, I will cut a check today!” Frankly, given rates have been so low anyway, and he got his bonus this summer, not that long ago, I do not really care for 'interest', and rather NOT fight over a small payment.

HOWEVER, I am very upset that he tried to hide his income when I pay for EVERYTHING and does everything for my child. I do not want him to think all what he needs to do is to pretend that he has forgotten about his 'income' or 'bonus' and only if I happen to find out about it, he would pay - so I want to tell him that he needs to make the missing payment PLUS interest or penalty.

What is causing his sudden change in behavior? (Daycare parents, please!)?

My son will be 3 at the end of next month. This week, he went from the toddler class in daycare to the 2-3 yr old class. He has a new teacher, but the teacher he has now used to be the assistant in his toddler class, so he knows her very well. However, his new teacher is on vacation yesterday and today.

Yesterday, the sub teacher told me that in the morning Johnny just got mad (she doesn't know what happened to make him mad) and he just started hitting people. I have *never* seen my son hit anyone before, NEVER. I told her that this morning and she said that she's never seen him act like that either, and it shocked everyone. They finally got him to calm down, but everyone (including myself) are still shocked he acted that way.

Then, this morning, he threw a fit when I dropped him off.

I don't understand what the sudden change in behavior is all about... Could it be the new routine (class, etc)? Could it be because his teacher is on vacation?

I'm stumped.

Teens broke into my house while I was on vacation and threw a party, what should I do?

I'm 100% sure it's my son's friends,

They drank a lot of the alcohol in our cabinets and left liquid marks in places and took a shit in most of our bathrooms and ate some of our food and left dirty dishes and everything.

We suspected that our son's friends knew the code to the garge. We left on a 2 week vacation and were pissed off when we got home.

What's the best thing to do? We have not reported it because nothing was stolen except for a bottle of vodka.

These teens are like 14-15 years old and have ecome idiots from those bad examples.

They all have facebook and we are going to be looking through to see if they left any identifying info on there that they were at our house. or if anyone of them took a photo of the party and mightve put it on facebook.
Everything was locked. The teens just knew our garage code.

I dont know, but i think my cat is going into labor?

My cat is starting to act strange, She's a year old and she became pregnant at the beginning of july (Somewhere between July 2nd - 11th, I was on vacation and the person watching her let her get into the downstairs where the strays on our street sneak in)

She is panting heavily with her tongue hanging out, You can feel her stomach moving, and she is laying down for a few minutes, then moving spots. I havent seen her start nesting but i have a big catbed with towels on it layed out for her just in case. Im not sure what else i should be looking for or how i know if shes going into labor now or not, im worried about my little baby and just want the best for her.

Please dont say Vet though, thats my last resort if this continutes into tommorrow afternoon and the kittens haven't arrived!

So i had this dream in which on this cruise ship i met this girl. We start talking and she says shes looking for a boyfriend and i very willing become her boyfriend. After this it becomes kind of vague but i can remember us just having a good time. Suddenly im back home and trying to call her but she wont pick up and then her parents pick up and they thank me for something but they just hang up. I continously call back but each time the parents pick up then hang up. This girl in my dream is bothering me because i feel like i love her even though ive never met her and i can almost remember her saying she wanted to have a boyfriend on her vacation. My sister told me today she saw on TV a long time ago that while they were vacationing in Africa, the band had a tour guide or someone named Chuck that showed them around, and there was a shooting close to the hotel they were staying at so he told them where to hide so they'll be safe, and after it was over they never got to know if he was dead or alive and never saw him again. I don't like this guy I always tell my friends that I extremely dislike him. But sometimes when I'm bored I just go to his page and its not all the time when I sign on its just when I feel like it. And usually I go on his page because he always writes things on his page and posts new pictures... does anyone have the same problem or is this normal when someone is bored?

Waiting for Job offer dilemma?

Situation:

A big domestic bank who has outsourced its HR to another company has put me in the recruitment process. I have already been interviewed and I followed up with a thank you letter. That was this Monday. The team lead from the bank I interviewed with says that he will tell the HR company and they tell me. I think I did very well in the interview.

The problem:

I have a plane ticket to HK the next week. I would like to figure out if I would need to change this flight. I have spoken to the HR company and he said he did not receive the list of successful applicants yet. I told him I was interested in this job and explained my situation. He said he would tell me asap, usually within the week.

Now this HR company has been very slow and messed up confirmation emails to most applicants and didn't call me for the phone interview the day they were supposed to call me.

The Question

Should I try to find out from the Bank's team lead if a decision has been made? I don't want to put the HR in a tight spot but, is it a good idea to let the HR know or maybe even have the HR tell the Bank that I am delaying the vacation I had planned for their offer (to maybe show my interest)? The HR company slowed the process by I think 2 weeks so it's not like I didn't plan my vacation well...

I don't want my scar to turn dark from the sun so I'm gonna use sun block to protect it.
I can NOT ask my doctor because he's out of town on vacation and won't be back until the end of September and i forgot to ask him when he was in town. I got my surgery done on August 8. I don't want to wait for him to come back to ask him. NO i can not ask some other doctor, PLEASE don't ask me why, and don't say ''that don't make no sense at all that you cant ask some other doctor'' or say '' you must of thought it was stupid because your telling us not to mention it''. Is it time for us to get engaged?

We have been together for nearly 5 years and recently moved in together.
Things are going really well; we have our spats now and then, but they always resolve quickly.
We work together better than most couples; we are even employed at the same place and work closely together.
Both of our families love us and the fact that we are together. We have gone on a few vacations with each of ours.
It seems an engagement is the next step. I know we both assume we will get married some day... so why wait?

I would like the answer that you are thinking right now before reading on.

We are both 4th semester college students and work part time.
However, we never have trouble paying our bills and have no finacial help from our families.
The only thing holding us back is our age and what other people would think.
But isn't love, love? People always are saying young marriages never work out... but in reality isn't it young relationships that jump into marriage that never work out?

When i was looking at the requirements to become a DNR law enforcement officer in SC, i read this: "Most of their leisure time must be scheduled in direct conflict with the times that other members of their families may have free." Does this mean that I wouldn't be able to take vacations with my family or take a day off with my wife? I'm not married yet or ready to apply for this job, but I'm just wondering for future career possibilities.

Do grandparents really, truly like grandkids?

My parents seemed very gung-ho about grandkids before we had them... and then, briefly, when the first two grandkids were babies, they were still gung-ho. But now our family has four total grandkids, and the grandparents don't seem so gung-ho anymore. And, we are not taking advantage of their grandparenting services, either. We live in a different state then them. I think it has finally hit my mom that being a parents is hard work. I think perhaps she forgot this, as she hasn't had babies in 30 years. Other grandparents watch their grandchildren while the parents go on vacation, or have overnight dates. My parents don't do that for us. I wouldn't even ask, because grandma has already said no way. I'm jealous of my friends/coworkers/etc. who have such overzelous grandparents--- grandparents who are obsessed with their grandkids. What's up with this?

Our story is that I have known him since the 1st grade and we finally started dating 5 years ago. We have been so happy. Me and him both know we want to spend the rest of our lives together. We have a son that is 4 months old. Everything is so great. Last week we were on vacation in the mountains at this very romantic cabin, and he still didn't ask.
